Let's get back on track here. @Vision I wasn't around to witness Ian's offenses against you. How bad was it?It honestly wasn't all that awful with me. It was one singular question I posed to Ian.

I asked if anyone with a differing view (than his) on religion was wrong, he said, "Yes, they are wrong". The context was not only his religion, but all religions. That's where we went our separate ways.

Separate ways mean separate ways. I think what you mean is he made himself an enemy of you.
I assumed he was a Christian. Was he in the weird section? Mormon? Jehovah's Witness? Snake handler?
Regardless, I thought all religions kinda had their own patented system and consider all others to be flawed.0 -

Why does it bother you so bad if he thinks his religious way is correct above all others? Seems like I'm missing something.

We'll talk...
Edit: The religion portion, couldn't care less. It was the tone...

Ian didn't get this much attention when he was posting on here....

I was one. I called him self righteous and he said I was too. 😢

He is self righteous but also hypocritical.
Count me as #3.
I dont think he said anything specifically to me just irritated me with every little comment.
Now that the 3 dīckheads had confession. We can all move one? I'll try to be nicer it's not nice to hurt ppls feelings especially when you point out someone's totally flawed bullshīt outlook on life.3 -

I’m pretty sure I gave him the business several months ago as well.

This is why we generally steer clear of religion on the vHerf...
That said, what if it was me (with a more respectful 'tone') telling you the same words as Ian? IOW, was it the message or the messenger?

It was how the message was delivered, but you do have a point. He’s not a lovable old timer, roasting the best god damn coffee! I know what I wrote!

Religion and politics, we never go there.
Edit: if it only takes 3 to run somebody off how did @Bob_Luken ruin the forum all by himself?

With no @NorCalR1 and no @0patience , how can we have a @0patience beatdown?

With no @NorCalR1 and no @0patience , how can we have a @0patience beatdown?I wonder about Tony a lot. He moved not too far from me, got a job, bought property, gave me his phone number, and never answered the phone. WTF? It bothers me. I figured he must be busy, lots of new stuff in his life etc., and can only hope that he's OK.
Also wonder about David sometimes. I finally remembered that he must have been the one that sent me the Peter Heinrich's pipe tobacco, since Rusty and Stubble both denied it.

Last time anyone saw David, he was trying to have a kid. Maybe he's taking a @Vision style 8 year break?
Oh and I wish @dbeckom was back on the forum. Wanna trade buddy? You first.....

He’s doing well, just busy. He texted me the other day.
