Unlike many of my peers, I don't gravitate to any one wrapper, country or brand. Like the seasons my mood changes and I can appreciate the flavors a milder Conny stick or to a FULL flavored Nicaraguan Maduro.
I love that attitude! I'm the same. I can't add much to the suggestions above, except to say that a couple stand out, in my experience, such as the La Aurora Preferidos, among others.
One thing to think about though, is that on-line prices are not always better than B&M prices. The Opus-X that I denied myself at the $30 price point on-line, was $14.95 at a B&M I visited. Similar experience was the Anejo.

Less than $20, you can find good cigars in the Torano, Fuente and Camacho lines.
