Brisket Curry. You heard me, this is high end stuff. Smoked brisket, green curry with onions, garlic, serrano pepper, leftover baby carrots, red potato'e's, basmati rice, chili crisp, fried shallots and cilantro.

I asked for a carry-out box when I ordered so I wouldn't be tempted to polish it off right then and there, and now that the second half is in my belly I'm giving myself a pat on the back for having the foresight.
