I am on the 4th week of a very low/no carb diet (alcohol excepted--really not a concern as I am not much of a binge drinker).
Boiling up some brats and gonna have a salad with them. Down 10 lbs and workouts are getting better!

Can't touch it with all that bread and American cheese. Of course the burger with the peanut butter is different because the heat from the burger changes the peanut butter. I've had the peanut butter burger before, and I don't think that the flavors blend at all. I think that mostly, it's like eating two separate things instead of a new life form.

It'll be fine once the swelling goes down.
Spring mix with cut up strawberries, kumquat's from my MIL, mixed nuts, cherry tomatoes (from the yard I think), a microwaved egg, and a few baby carrots with the last piece of pizza in the fridge for lunch.

I’ll be dining on wild caught sardines with a little brown mustard
Indian Butter Chicken & fresh bell pepper.
Japanese Curry, fennel sauteed in butter and dark soy sauce, onions, bell pepper, 2 thai bird chili, and grated galangal. Finished with cherry blossum shoyu.
