    Most of the basement is finished. This was an area my old boiler used to be in before we put a new heating system in.

    Man!  When you said you were "gonna keep it simple" in your original post I never expected to see anything like this!  Absolutely brilliant.  I wish I had any indoor space to smoke in.  I would have settled for the unfinished boiler room.

    Looks great. Now throw in some leather chairs, tv, and a mini fridge.
