I have a couple of quart jars of "hot" habanero stuffed olives from the Olive Pit up in Corning that I got from a co-worker friend when he ordered a case. He got them and then in less than a week or so I was up there in Corning discovering that they also have a very nice craft beer selection.
Anyway, these are hot, as the label attests, and good to eat on their own but can be a bit rough so I've been following my friend's lead in using these spice bombs to season other foods, like Pho soup.
I discovered that it pairs well with a hard boiled egg, the salt from the brine and the spice really wake that egg up.
