When my niece moved in we had to get a tankless water heater to keep up with the three girls.

Tablet just went from 20% to dead in a split second. Trying on the phone now. Original Nassau Bahamas Graycliff Profesionale PG Robusto from 2009 fired up. Wish there were more Graycliff fans here, these are great.
Hey KC.....I am not a hater....there are more than a few I like....i wish you luck on the phone.  My fat fingers and a phone are NOT a match made in internet heaven.....and FWIW, that stick predates my bantering.....
I'm not good posting from the phone either. Plus the auto-rotate died. I've always enjoyed the real Graycliffs, but not those crappy G2s. Regular price is insane, but they can be had at a good discout every so often. Which is the only time I buy them.
I'm the same with the Double Espresso.  The price has gone through the ceiling.

Hey Mikewy...FWIW ....I am still using the Carlito's nubber you so graciously sent me after my use of the needle nosed vise grips.....I have the V speared now.....
I knew you'd put it to good use.

Except when you have to descale the bugger.  Nothing quite as exciting as rigging up the pump and filling up a bucket with vinegar.  Did I mention the smell?  Hose from bucket to pump, hose from pump to heater, hose from heater back to bucket.  Then round and round the vinegar goes.  Joys of home ownership

I'm used to descaling my coffee makers so I wasn't surprised. I do my folks unit too.

Oxford has extremely hard water which is rough on any and all the plumbing.

San Jose too, I had to descale my first one in reverse a year after I paid someone to do it that didn't really do it, it was so clogged.
