My service story of the day is a Spectrum tech (formerly Time Warner). Had an intermittent problem. He replaced our out of date cable boxes, replaced all fittings and junctions inside and outside even ran down another cable box from another tech. Ran into that myself. In my case the version of Facebook messenger I'm running is no longer supported so the banter doesn't display on the Joe Cigar page.
