Bands for Stands

I'm gonna start making a bunch of different stogie stands, all I'm doing is painting them and glue the band on.
But I'm gonna include them in my bombs.

If anyone has a nice band you would like to see on a stand, send them my way please.
Make sure they're in good condition.
And try to limit it too ones that would look good on a stand.

I was thinking when I collect enough bands about gluing them on a white or burlap lamp shade. Anybody ever try it? It sounds like it might look cool, at least in my mind.

They've covered small tables, and stuff like that, never heard of anyone making a lampshade out of them.

That reminds me of a guy I used to work with. The joke was, be nice to James or he would turn you into a lampshade.

Do a Google image search for cigar band project. There is some cool looking pieces.

Shadowking, somebody said they were interested in an AJ stand.
I didn't care much for the cigar, I think they need to sleep for a while.
