Are you still in business???

I have called and did the customer service online and even faxed on my short order and have heard nothing back. I ordered 10 tins of the Moontrance and only receive 1. can you please send the other 9.

    You called in an order and faxed them that you were short on the order? Who even does that anymore?

    So you are saying that you didn't call them or email them, you.......... faxed them that you were short on your order?

    Forgive me, but I'm kind of dense on these things, but none of this makes any sense.

    Cigar-734970, seek out a thread with "customer service" in the title and you might get the results you're looking for.  Complaining to other customers with new threads on the open forum will just result in hazing.
