54, but testosterone injections, and 16/8 fasting for last few years. I'm in better shape now then when I won state at 185lbs wrestling.1

I've been doing the 16/8 routine, too; not at all difficult and I've had to put a couple of new holes in my belt in the last few months. 69 years old and still working 12-hour days.5
