54, but testosterone injections, and 16/8 fasting for last few years. I'm in better shape now then when I won state at 185lbs wrestling.

I've been doing the 16/8 routine, too; not at all difficult and I've had to put a couple of new holes in my belt in the last few months. 69 years old and still working 12-hour days.

Test is best! TRT is a great idea for 40+ as long as it's intramuscular injections and not from other forms of delivery,,, Androgel LOL
