Inquiring minds want to know what this harvest process entails. Do tell, please.
Pretty simple on my end. I have a roller (Nut Wizard) that you pass over the nuts to gather them. Dump into a 5gallon bucket, then dump them into barrels in the back of the truck. Then to the huller, who bags them into 50 lb, who in turn hauls them to the processor.
Takes about three rollers to fill bucket and 12-16 buckets to fill a barrel depending on the size of nuts.
