Constant order issues

Is anyone else experiencing constant order fulfillment issues? 5 of my last 6 orders have arrived late with one taking an additional 13 days.

partly the postal system, partly the retailer's choice of shipping. I don't think this issue can be resolved without choosing a different retailer. Sad but true.

Some retailers only ship on certain days. If your timing is off it can take a bit before it ships out.

There are a couple retailers who have some pretty hard to get items that you just go into it knowing if you want those cigars, that’s just part of the deal.

I personally don’t sweat it. As long as they shipped reasonably well I don’t even think about it.

Seems I am always waiting on something.

Hope @Kannich75 has had his order issues resolved. It bears comment that USPS and the recent storm damage to the Eastern Seaboard states may be a part of the problem?

eg, I ordered some brushes for my vacuum cleaner motor in hopes of getting it going again, sumbeach was only purchased in 1986 and it's already broken, sheesh! At any rate, the company I ordered from shipped it on October 29th, after wandering up and down the East Coast for awhile it made its way across the Mississippi River and back and this morning has arrived in Memphis TN, for the 4th time.

Sure hope it's the right part.

Point being, so often there's nothing the shipper can do but cast their product on the waves and hope.

And dry...It wouldn't be such a huge issue if ccom still supplied a water pillow in the package. Got tired of spending $$$$ and getting dry ass cigars.

Putting a water pillow in a sealed bag is just a false sense of security. If the bag seals, whatever moisture was inside it is still there when you receive it.

    Bless your heart, LOL

Too late for that, but if you have a valid argument that you would like to present, I’m more than happy to listen. Or was that your way of trying to be a funny smartàss because you know you’re wrong?

If you leave them on your counter top open for a week or so after they arrive I hear that has negative results... has user error been considered?

I am just north of Boston and have never had any issues. I would expect things to go smoothly as the relative distances involved arent that great and I am in well served suburbia.

Welcome. I had to look up your favorite cigar, Montosa Maduro Robusto, never heard of it, sounds good.

Thanks, Yup, used to so to Santoros for subs back in the day. They were the only sub shop around back in the days before one on every corner. Where do you live now?

Bet it was really nice way back when. Quiet in the off season. Used to to to the Coliseum once in a while back in the day.
