Do you go anywhere local to smoke?
I know of all the local joints, but don't really go to any of them. There's the one on 114 and the one in Rowley on route one. Only place I've been to in a long time is the one in Watertown. I used to help out The shop in Danvers a long time ago, but that's about it.

Putting a water pillow in a sealed bag is just a false sense of security. If the bag seals, whatever moisture was inside it is still there when you receive it.
Bless your heart, LOL
Based on this little funny exchange, I did my own investigating. I just got a order in from cigar.com. it was 10 AJ Fernandez Monte Cristo Nicaragua. Two five packs wrapped up like five packs are wrapped up . No humidification device, no baggie. Just thrown into the box with some Uber eats tickets and some discount wine or whatever the hell.
I used my cigar medic to go right through the cellophane and into the head of the cigar and into the foot of another one. Both of them read the same humidity. 71%.
I then did the exact same thing for a c bid order that came yesterday. I poked into the foot of several of the cigars. Straight through the cellophane. All of them were reading between 68% and 74%.
My conclusion based on this anecdotal evidence is that when cigars international and cigar.com ship from the same exact Warehouse using UPS sure post to my address in Las Vegas during the winter month of January, the cigars arrive in the packaging with no water pillows and are not too dry. In fact if anything, they are too humidified.
The end.

Depending on the answer I may be on the wrong list.
