I placed three orders two days apart. One of my orders vanished.....I placed one order a day later and it shipped before my original order. When I asked customer service I never did receive a response. Going back to cigars, mikes or thompson......they treat customers with respect.

I thought there was a post somewhere about this already.
Didn't someone already post the emails of the reps and all to get ahold of someone already?

I'm curious though. If you place 3 orders in 2 days, maybe they combined them?
And why 3 orders in 2 days?

It's like barging into someone's apartment above a restaurant to loudly complain about the horrible service they received while dining there. Put in an order late last Thursday 13th, cause a c.com spam told me to. Shipped Friday 14th. Arrived this Tuesday 18th. Put in another order Tuesday 18th, cause a c.com spam told me to. Shipped Yesterday. Waiting at the post office now. I'll pick it up tomorrow.
Horrible spamming service. I'm leaving for good.

p.s. --- I bought those Nirvanas for give-aways. Then I burnt one. Now I don't want to part with them. Plus I love that trick box lid. Pretty neat, innit?

I ordered 2 orders last week and both arrived without incident and they showed on my account with in 2 days that they were shipping.
Some of us have had problems at one time or another and cigar.com has made it right.
If you have order problems, then search "timb" or "andy d" on the forum and you will find the cigar.com email addresses and email them.
I'm sure they can help you solve this.
But you have to help us help you.
If you aren't willing to email timb or andy, then not much else we can say to help you.In Fumo Pax
