Time to celebrate.

Oh wait, gotta load all the water logged crap into the trailer and run to the dump. Late spring cleaning, you know.

    No idea what happened here. 
    We went from 50 Degrees to 86??
    Everyone is melting. LOL!
    It's days like this, everyone here talks about getting AC for their houses.. 
    Then it drops back down to the mid 50s and we never do. LOL!

    Only bad thing about getting sunny days here is you spend the entire day repairing weather damage and trying to get the yard squared away.

    Starting on my front porch, but the demo will probably take a while.
    Tons of rot to deal with.
    Hoping that the framework isn't rotten.

    Glad I don't sunburn. LOL!
