I received my Kauai Cigar co. delivery today, as well. They included a brochure on the Hawaiian tobacco industry and a nifty dual cutter. Will have to try that v-cut today.

GOOD GRIEF, Charlie Brown!!! Are you out of your mind?? I know it’s customary to include a couple outriders with a trade or a bomb but this is OVER THE TOP!! Once again, I’m humbled by the generosity and camaraderie of this brotherhood. I’ll explain:
This was supposed to be a 5-stick trade - my DPGs for his New World Cameroons. I anticipated a couple extra sticks as per forum math but this, this is just OUTRAGEOUS.....

Pretty amazing, isn’t it? And when you consider that I’ve only tried a couple of these and, more importantly, that Padron Anniversary 1964 ranks quite highly in my list of sticks I want to try, then the magnitude of all this begins to sink in.

Since I have to travel next month I thought I needed a travel case. Don't know how mush smoking I'll be able to do in the hospital but they can't watch me every minute😄

The shade grown are about a medium. Pretty good, not too mild. Jury is still out on the sun grown. A bit too harsh rott. Hopefully some rest will settle them down. My son paid $22 for the single in the coffin. The 3-finger cases are pretty well made, but heavy.
