A Neanderthal from @Bigshizza while roasting some Sumatra beans before the line voltage drops. 121.3 now, later in the morning it will drop to 116 or so. In the winter it is about 125 v. All the summer home air conditioners kick in as the day heats up.

I used to call myself the midnight roaster in the summers before I got my Variac to compensate for voltage drop. Also, it's more enjoyable to roast when it's cool.
