They absolutely did this on purpose, they knew no one would send them back and they could get more money by doing this and dump stock they have been sitting on. They definitely came out ahead. I wish I knew about the old stock, I for sure would have scooped those reds.

I would hope they will send you the 2020's and tell you to keep the old versions to play it off as a mistake. They don't want that obvious fraud to get out in public

The same thing happened when I bought some MElls. The sent me the original release. Not saying it was this same vendor, though. They're going to get rid of their old stuff one way or another.
