These definitely aren't built like seconds. The wrapper is flawless and it has plenty of flavor pumping out. Started off with some pepper, spices, wood, and light leather that was very nice. Transitions to a lighter but still very pleasant wood, rich tobacco, light spice, and pretty creamy main flavor after the first third.
It's a fast burning cigar as it's not very heavy but is solid throughout with no soft spots. Perfect burn quality (punched). I'm about halfway through and will most likely be picking up another 30 of these from the cigarmania deal on the sister site. At $1.50 a pop for 30 it's a no brainer. I paid $1.60 a pop last time for 15.
These remind me a lot of the La Aurora black lion cigars. Same build quality, similar flavors, and in the same price range. A tasty handmade for gas station cigar prices don't come around very often. It's a feasting opportunity to be sure. Will this be a end of the night main event cigar? No. Tasty any time value cigar that tastes good and is satisfying? Absolutely! These have had very little rest and already taste good, albeit a bit young. Time should prove beneficial, though they are tasty already.
