I bought my first house today. It's a fourplex, consisting of 4 3 bedroom apartments. I'll be moving into one of the apartments in the middle of March, after one of the tenants moves out March 1st and I do some work to it like painting and such, since all the apartments are already rented.
Last time I moved, @IndustMech called my mother to get my new address, and @Stubble sent me a package before I had even moved. I'd like to avoid that this time, and just accept the inevitable. So I'll do it via a pass. I'll send it out in a few weeks, and it will make it's way across the country with a note containing my new address. Once it's finished, then whoever's last can send it to the new address that I'll have moved into by then.
So, who wants in?
