First roast had a strong bass note (deep, not fish) verging on slightly bitter or acerbic with light fruit aroma. I judge it a City+ roast but short of 2nd crack. I think I need to steepen the ramp up to full power a little and cut the development time at the end (that was on program 3 with the Behmor roaster). What do you change when the roast has both a slightly acid and a bitter profile @Yakster @peter4jc ?
Anyway it combined very well with a full-city roast Columbia.
