We make it hard to be a customer in our shop and turn away many times more than we allow in. Everyone purchases something if they get to be one of the 150 customers that day.
But do you charge a deposit to get in? I’ve preordered many cigars. I’ve just never heard of a preorder deposit. It says that deposits are not refundable. They are not set to be released until November. So if there is some sort of problem….such as a bunch of cigars getting stolen…is he going to not refund the deposit? I dunno…just seems odd.
In November when all the TAA and PCA cigars are coming out, you get an email that you owe $110 for these cigars you forgot about. If you don't pay it, you will lose your $25 deposit. Saka Ho
