Purple Martins are a HUGE help. If you can get them coming to your bird houses, they'll come back every year. Reputed to eat 1,500 - 2,500 flying insects daily.

I donโt have mosquitoes but Iโve got flies and other nonsense. I just bought some praying mantis eggs 2 weeks ago that I plan to release once they hatch. Supposed to hatch around 200 per egg, $10. Weโll see if it works.

A pond was mentioned, but since we couldn't get to it, we had to wait until we could bring some machines in cut the brush.
Once we got to it, we were pleasantly surprised. It's a small lake. Grand daughters caught perch and bass in it today.

I actually got the .22lr conversion kit a couple weeks ago but didn't get to shoot it until this afternoon. Made by Advantage Arms. I only put 100 rounds through it but it functioned perfectly. I expected a couple failures to feed but had none.
Trapped in the People's Communist Republic of Massachusetts.
