    The post office will be closed Monday, October 14, 2024 to observe Columbus Day as a federal holiday.

    I was reminded of this because one of my employees asked if we had Monday off, we don't.

    Well maybe the Post Office was closed today but they delivered mail to our mail box. Maybe they are playing catch up after Helene.

    The schedule says closed on Friday, July 3, but the details say open on Friday, July 3, but closed on Saturday, July 4. If they are closed on July 3, they should be open on July 4. I'll have to call my local PO tomorrow.

    Edit: The schedule on the USPS website says closed Saturday, July 4
