    My wife actually made that a couple weeks ago. Didn't know it had a particular name. The peppers defiantly add a tang.

    Yeah, I cheated thought, had to buy them online. Live to close to the coast here to find them.

    I didn’t notice any difference in taste or texture, they were smaller than what I was used to finding when I lived in Illinois and Missouri.
