    Most people could 3 or 4 eggs. I could eat at least a dozen deviled eggs.

    I used to stop at this feed and grain store in mass and he often had farm fresh eggs sitting on the counter. He said they were good without refrigeration for a few weeks. I've had store bought eggs in the fridge for 2 or 3 months that tasted just fine.
