I started intermittent fasting this year, at first every day, now only on work days, but I’ve managed to drop 20lbs and my testosterone is now almost back up to 300 naturally, I feel amazing.

One egg over easy with cheese grits infused with onion, jalapeño, and smoked paprika.
Half a peanut butter sandwich, some cashews, pills.
Same thing everyday. 1 banana, 5 strawberries, 2 1/2 heaping tbsp of cottage cheese topped with honey, and 2 hardboiled eggs. Cup of coffee.
