Couldn’t tell you the first thing about planes like that. Maybe @VegasFrank knows?

Been seeing all kinds of videos from the Chicago Air Show over the weekend. Holy hell. They're buzzing Wrigley Field during games. They're flying between buildings on occasion. (Most of it is over Lake Michigan)

The Blue Angels fly the F-18 Super Hornet. They are based out of NAS Pensacola about about 19 miles from the house.
They put on an awesome show

I would forget these somewhere 100% guaranteed, have already forgotten 2 separate toothbrushes on this trip.

I find it best if I leave them on my desk. Tip: tie each pair together. 👍

    Edit: toothbrushes, too.

I leave them on the boots

I don't have problems, just more work to do.

It's like they're all looking at you, expectantly, endlessly, stretching out over the horizon. That's as good as it gets, in Kansas.

They still sell those things? I haven't seen a pair since I retired in 1997

BTW, @CalvinAndHobo , what tires did you get? I'm about due on the Goldwing, had Dunlops which are still holding up at 8k miles, but nearing the end of their useful life. Thinking I'm getting the Michelin GT's. Just wondering what you got, and how you're liking it.

Sure do. I keep a few pair laying around. Still great for keeping unwanted critters from crawling up your britches leg.

Funny enough, this was in South Dakota, where I saw a number of these. Didn’t see a single one in Kansas.

I went with the Dunlop Elite 4s again. Don’t know about you, but I’m more concerned with running over something sharp and not going flat, than I am about performance. In a weird way, getting down to the cords without popping sold me on them even more. I haven’t tried other tires though, so couldn’t tell you comparatively how they perform over something else.

99% of all the tires I sell for the big bikes are E4.

I’m more of a performance rider so I use commander III’s. On any given day my rides consist of about 150-250 miles. Someday, I’ll graduate to @CalvinAndHobo status.
