We had Chipotle for dinner last night and I ordered Guacamole but didn't even open it and stuck it in the fridge. This morning I made toast and spread the Guac on the toast hoping it would be similar to Avocado toast. It was close enough but I kept thinking Avocado toast doesn't usually have onions in it.

Avocados make great chocolate pudding. Cut 2 of them into chunks, put in an immersion blender with 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and some maple syrup, and blend until smooth. Healthier than Jello pudding, especially when made with coconut milk.
Been having breakfast for lunch, with the grandkids after church. Country Skillet, hash browns, ham, bacon, saisage, onion, peppers and cheese topped with three eggs. Biscuit and gravy on the side.

Bagel popeye with a twist, normally I make these with a plain or savory bagel and pepper jack but last time I made these I only had blueberry bagels and cheddar, turns out the sweet and savory mix is a surprisingly pleasant taste, not what you'd expect. This is the redux version.

🤯 Yes! I'm going to copy this. Ro loves egg in a basket. She could possibly backflip over this and I want to see that.
I made scrambled eggs, grits, sausage, and toast for Kim and had scrambled eggs and the blueberry muffin that fell face-first onto the floor when I went to get the eggs out.
Went through and emptied some old stuff and stuff we'll never use from the fridge to make more room.

This morning I successfully made blueberry waffles for breakfast, paired with coffee from Peru, and it was good. Kim was able to guess the coffee origin this morning.
The last time I tried to make waffles, I cut the recipe in half, but kept a whole egg and made a mistake on the thermostat of the waffle iron thinking that it was hot when in reality it was dialed all the way down to cold; the markings had long been rubbed off of the metal top of the waffle iron. I ended up with a batter that was thoroughly stuck to the waffle iron. It's not the type with removable plates, it makes a pattern of five heart shapes in the waffle and it's an iron I've had and repaired for a long time.
Last time I pivoted and used the batter for pancakes and then after breakfast was over I did a complete cleaning of the waffle iron plates, I'm glad to report that there were no issues with the waffle iron this time.

Kim went out to breakfast with a friend this morning so I just made breakfast with stuff around the house. The zucchini bread Kim made is fantastic.
Had linguica in scrambled eggs and wheat toast.

That's great, Kim also agreed that it was very good.
That's the ugliest cigar I have ever seen, Chris.
Barbacoa Tacos.

What did you braize it in?
If it don’t bother me, it don’t bother me. Just leave me alone.
Hope this was done correctly. Waiting for her reaction, now.

Edit: everything bagel and pepper jack for the win! Thank you, Chris!
