We had Chipotle for dinner last night and I ordered Guacamole but didn't even open it and stuck it in the fridge. This morning I made toast and spread the Guac on the toast hoping it would be similar to Avocado toast. It was close enough but I kept thinking Avocado toast doesn't usually have onions in it.

Lived 2 doors down from an avocado grove in socal. Never ate an avocado. Still haven't.

Avocados make great chocolate pudding. Cut 2 of them into chunks, put in an immersion blender with 1/2 cup milk, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, and some maple syrup, and blend until smooth. Healthier than Jello pudding, especially when made with coconut milk.

Bagel popeye with a twist, normally I make these with a plain or savory bagel and pepper jack but last time I made these I only had blueberry bagels and cheddar, turns out the sweet and savory mix is a surprisingly pleasant taste, not what you'd expect. This is the redux version.

🤯 Yes! I'm going to copy this. Ro loves egg in a basket. She could possibly backflip over this and I want to see that.

That's great, Kim also agreed that it was very good.

I made scrambled eggs, grits, sausage, and toast for Kim and had scrambled eggs and the blueberry muffin that fell face-first onto the floor when I went to get the eggs out.

Went through and emptied some old stuff and stuff we'll never use from the fridge to make more room.
