Haven't seen the inside of a gym in years. Hard enough work just keeping this place thawed.

I'm still troubled by what I did for that Klondike bar...

I just got back to the gym the last week, up 20 pounds since I quit in September

I missed several weeks at the gym starting in November, due to the holidays and not feeling well for a few weeks. I hate how much I lose when missing a few weeks. It's like starting over from zero.

Started back to the routine today. Have to agree with Todd and Randy. Taking time away from exercise, 6 weeks, the endurance fades quick.

Last time I went to the gym was in June on my cruise in the Bahamas. I came home started my second job and couldn’t force myself to get up early enough to go. I think I’ll be quitting said job soon though(as long as no more surprises) and getting back to my routine before too long.
