    • I'm in pretty good shape for a man of 101. This thread really has me thinking, maybe it wouldn't be bad to look down and see see what my toes look like again. If nothing else I wouldn't have to worry about falling asleep on a nice summer day and having the neighbors kids paint Goodyear on my side and tape a string to my navel.

@edz food for thought…. I had a dickydo belly for years (where your belly sticks out farther than your dickydo). Lost a bunch of weight and for the first time in a long time saw my dickydo. Turns out I wasn’t missing much.

@edz W also told us that wrestling naked men is the best way to lose weight.

It’s not wrestling @Vision It’s called murder yoga.

    That's false.

Back in the day I was a college wrestler and I tell ya I would rather go to a wrestling practice than do yoga. It kicked my ass!!

Ever since I had my knees replaced the elliptical is not my friend. Heard it is easier on the joints, but doesn't seem like it.

Honestly it's really not that bad because I walk about 5 miles in the morning and another 5 miles at night. Plus I send alot of time with my kids at theme parks all day running around.. Also there is no safe route to walk to work but I thought about it since it's only about 5.5 miles away..
