Finished off the Joie de Vivre from the day before which worked out fine since I was running late.

High ozone levels yesterday left my lungs feeling heavy. Smoking some mullein leaf in a Scottie Piersel pencil shank egg.

That's interesting. Mullein grows wild at my farm property, I knew that it used to be used to dye fabric yellow, and I knew that there were supposed to be other uses, but smoking it never occurred to me. I've smoked a puff or two of sage before, to clear my head, but not mullein. Does it have bronco-dilatory effect?
