    As the cigar ages, the oils in the tobacco start to change the color of the cellophane. That one looks pretty old, although I have heard some manufactures will tint the cellophane. Don't think I have seen that on any of the ones I have purchased.

    Only one I know of that intentionally has tinted celo is Perdomo champagne, there may be others that do but thats the only one I know.
