I finished up a La Palina Churchill a little while ago, I enjoyed the flavor profile, but the construction was lacking. Overall it was good but unremarkable, which calls its value into question, at the price I would say it's not a good value.

Had my first LHC Core tonight. Blasted me with pepper at first but then it really smoothed out with some tasty complexities.

I'm going to try an Ashton VSG Corona Gorda. Had one before but don't remember a whole bunch about it. This has been resting for about 16 months, so I'm looking forward to it.
Great choice! I had one last week, very nice. This evening I had an Oliva V maduro, my last belicoso...incredibly smooth, burned for almost 2 hours. AND DUKE LOST! All in all it was a perfect evening.

I'm enjoying a Montecristo Media Noche, on my front porch while watching the STL city police helicopter circle around helping catch bad guys in the city. Got to love "Life on Grand Ave." as I term it. Added bonus are the skirts walking by headed to the bars. Eye candy for the win!

Gonna fire up an Oliva Serie O Maduro Robusto - last one I had was 8 months ago, and it was awesome.
Raining like all hell, pimped out my storage shed with a heater and oust fan and comfy chair - time to go smoke - I deserve this one (yet another rough week dang-it!)

Just lit up a V #4. This one's not as good as the first one I had.

I don't know what it is. it's just not is aromatic or flavorful as a v is supposed to be. it's really muted, maybe im getting a cold or something.

Had a Gurkha shaggy natural torpedo. Aged over 3 years. The first 2/3rds was awesome. The last 1/3rd sucked.

I don't think so. In my opinion the V is one of the rare blends that doesn't do as well in smaller ring gauges, the lancero is muted to me as well. I prefer the double robusto.

Do you have allergies Russ? I ask only because I'm pretty sensitive to pollen and this time of year I have trouble with tasting cigars because I essentially have a head cold caused by my allergies.

Awesome stick, Ace. I'm thinking an Undercrown or AB Black Market, haven't decided yet...

Prior to today, I've only had 2 cigars since New Years Eve due to some medical problems. I started my day today with a JDN Anta

Changed my mind... CAO OSA Sol Robusto. I made it rough on myself yesterday with a Diesel UHC and two MOW PA's. Tore me all up with some serious nic-overload. So I thought a lighter smoke would be best tonight.
