Hello, @DrMundo. Welcome to the forum... er, uh, .... asylum.

I don't quite understand. I'm sorry your last cigar is broke but are you saying you think it's Ccom's fault?   B)

jlmarta, Ah might be the UPS problem too, anyway issues is that I've just unwrapped my cellophane wrapper from my Oliva cigar and now I realized damaged like bombed by Mk.82. :(

What is your humidor kept at? No other cigars in it besides the broken Oliva? If the humidity was low for longer than a few days it could easily be the cigar coming apart due to not being kept in an environment that it needs to be. When they get dry this happens and is very common. Sorry that this happened to you but I wouldn't immediately blame Ccom as it is unlikely this is something that they did to cause this. Most humidors like to be at least 50% full to properly regulate humidity and temperature, I advise against leaving just one or two cigars in a humidor due to that exact reason as it starts to fluctuate dramatically. Best of luck going forward and sorry this happened to you.

That thing is dry as hell, you can not keep a cigar in a drawer and expect it to keep.  Cigars need a proper environment, read a little next time before you decide to post crap.

Ah, so. What have we here??  A CLUE!

I've gone over in my mind, all of the items I've ever received via UPS and I cannot recall a single one that hasn't arrived without damage of some kind and extent. BAR NONE!!

And that includes not only things like cigars but my new TV that I requested be shipped any way besides UPS and which the shipper elected to ignore and shipped with them anyway.

I've made it a habit to request shipping any way but UPS no matter who I'm buying from.

    Just a suggestion......   B)

Edit:  Fedex may be slower but, at least in my case, they don't have the miserable track record that Ooops has....

I'm mataining my cigars in good condition. I think there are no problems in my humidor.

by the way, I like cigar.com. they have good promotions and good deals any time.
Also that 15 sticks of 29.99 Padilla 1968 Robusto deal was one of my best cigar deal in my life.

I've never had this kinds of issues before. also biggest reason that I've been maaaaaaad so much cuz of that cigar was my last one :(

Glad to hear it is being resolved, fill up that humidor and get it stable with at least 50% full and you shouldn't have to deal with this again :)

The diction here is similar to the nice Nigerian lawyer who told me about the recent passing of my uncle. I never knew him, but apparently I have a bunch of cash coming my way. I guess we are both having great days!!!!!!!!

I have a friend from Tanzania that I used to work with who emails me a couple times a year after getting an email from that Nigerian lawyer asking me Mr. Randy, could this be real?
