    I go to the gym and work out or do yoga 3 times a week for my back, and it's working. I walk 2-3 miles 3 times a week for clearing the mind and stress reduction.
    cutting calories is the key to weight loss. I am now off sugar, white flour, white potatos, white rice, pop and alcohol till we go away in April. Us old people need to do stuff like this to keep a decent quality of life. JMO.

    FB you want to do a weight loss Challang for motivation? Goal is to drop 15 lbs by April 1. If we make the goal we send each other a nice cigar bomb.

    It's not about the cigars, it's about motivating each other. I'll just send them to 2H anyway

    I sent an email to CI a week ago, Until you reinstate cigar banter to it's original form, I will not order from CI again. The Face Book format that you recently installed sucks!, Still waiting for a response.

    With Facebook they get better metrics on you and can sell your profile to target marketing groups.
