Took the dog around the lake, ts February and 1/2 the ice is gone.
I have to get off my fat ass and start a walking program, Oy. Dieting without exercise just isn't working.
I go to the gym and work out or do yoga 3 times a week for my back, and it's working. I walk 2-3 miles 3 times a week for clearing the mind and stress reduction. cutting calories is the key to weight loss. I am now off sugar, white flour, white potatos, white rice, pop and alcohol till we go away in April. Us old people need to do stuff like this to keep a decent quality of life. JMO.

With Facebook they get better metrics on you and can sell your profile to target marketing groups.
