Most of the basement is finished. This was an area my old boiler used to be in before we put a new heating system in.1 -

She is holding up well Randy @dirtdude. No smoke getting out and the wife is happy. Just ordered a rabbit air purifier to put in there to take care of the lingering smell. That room is so airtight I could fill it with water and it would hold it. 3 degrees outside now and I am in cigar heaven even though I prefer the good old outdoors. Working on furnishing now but that will be done in time. Everyone is invited anytime!7
