Men are bad at receiving gifts and help. It triggers something inside. It helps to remember that people enjoy giving and helping and by not accepting this gift you are preventing this.
I'm not talking about anyone in particular here, I'm am certainly guilty of this myself, the struggle is real.

We’ve all been there. Sloooooooow smoking, little sips if you will, enough to keep the bowl lit. Lastly, albeit a ton more items, don’t expect the same volumes of smoke as a cigar. Check out the what I learned thread. Good info. Don’t get discouraged. It takes time and the effort and patience pays off huge dividends IMHO.
