My FB feed has been especially strange lately because I don’t know who Kendrick Lamar is except for what I learn from the headlines I keep getting in my feed, but they are desperately trying to make me know things about him and make me know how others feel about him. I don’t click on the articles. Probably they noticed my brief pause to read the headline and it prompted them to bombard me with more and more.

Off the cuff, I'd say those verses are speaking to something else, even though I'm open to considering another interpretation.

Also off the cuff, reading your post makes me think people are duped into thinking gaining knowledge is the be-all end-all, and then forgetting it's wisdom that you want. Knowledge is information; wisdom is knowing what to do with that knowledge. There is a satisfaction in thinking I know something, but it's empty and meaningless if it can't be translated into wisdom for living.

I'm flabbergasted by the price jump in green coffee and somewhat conflicted about how I should react to it.

Based on what I think is the major reason for the push upward, investors and not coffee drinkers, I doubt that the price increase will translate to any benefit for the ones producing it.
