Weird circumstances

Used to be called common childhood diseases, I had all three, measles, chicken pox, mumps. Measles gave me a heart murmur as a parting gift. First vax was for polio back in the mid 50's. We all lined up in school for that one. So far the measles outbreak, last I checked, numbered 50 with one death, not great odds, given death is a rather severe symptom.

Thanks, Rusty. I lose track on occasion. It's a problem all the soft 'sciences' have (psych, sociology, etc.) and I fall into it far too often. We are making it up as we go along.

What I found ironic was that it doesn’t prove anything. It was made out to be a scientific study about misinformation; however, the “study” used so many variables concurrently with each other that there is absolutely no way to tell which variables altered the outcome of said study.
In other words, they threw a bunch of numbers together from a bunch of different statistics that all affected each other and created a study about misinformation that in of itself is misinformation.
