I had leftover smoked chicken and home-made guacamole with my favorite Taco Works seasoned chips for lunch today. Since my Wife's allergic to avocados, guacamole is a rare treat.

I've got a dehydration situation going on, two screens of cinnamon apple rings, strawberries that are on their way out, and red bell pepper strips from the garden. Got it started and now I'm out back waiting for the rain.
