It's working pretty well, about 50% of the time now. If it doesn't completely eliminate the problem I guess I'll invest in a shank reamer.
Like Shawn, I've been smoking some W.O Larsen, along with some Davidoff Danish in mine.
Steve, I’m sure you are aware, but on any big bendy type pipe, I bend the pipe cleaner down as I insert every couple inches. This usually allows the cleaner to make the transition from stem to stummel. Give it a try.
