Good morning! Last quick hike (0830) before heading home. Finishing with the walk we began with on arrival, to the Hidden Beach for coffee and waves. Lots of banana slugs on the way; really had to watch where we stepped. Ro even got a glimpse of a salamander. (Not pictured, she scared it.)

Chili Verde . Ancho and Pasilla dried chilis, roasted and peeled Pobano chilis, browned Pork, Roma tomatoes, onions and garlic from the garden, pork stock, hominy and fresh corn. With brown rice and corn tortillas. Cooking for one now.
