Re: What did you get today?
Made up what I call "Snake Bite" even though there is no bite. 12oz worth. Some will be mixed with an extract/alcohol solution to try making an aromatic. We'll see how that goes later today.

Re: What is in your pipe?
Ok ok ok …..very first ‘aromatic’ that didn’t bite my tongue and actually could somewhat enjoy. However, this blend is a PITA to keep lit. I’m going to try and dry it out more and see what happens.
Re: Whatcha smokin this morning?
Upon lighting has hints of burnt cigar band. Next time I'll remove it before lighting. ![]()

Re: Whatcha smokin this morning?
That is a great cigar, one of my favorites from the New World series, though it's hard to beat a New World Cameroon for me. If you try hard enough you can imagine that you get creamy flavors of De La Rosa Mazapan peanut candy from the New World Cameroon.

This morning I'm trying a Plasencia Cosecha 149 which I received yesterday. The cigar wrapper has a barnyard flavor and the cold draw is giving notes of the pith of a navel orange. The first third has bold flavros with baking spices and still a hint of citrus on retrohale. Quite an enjoyable cigar, I'm looking forward to trying it again after some rest.
