I sliced and dehydrated homegrown Valencia oranges, but they were a bit bitter so I picked up some milk chocolate chips to use with cocoanut oil to coat them with and sweeten them.

Finished replacing the squirrel infested insulation up stairs in my studio. Hauled out nine 50 gal drum liners of insulation fouled with squirrel s h i t. Had to bring an extension ladder to reach the area over the stairs. Had some needed help from a young woodworker i have been mentoring for years now. This whole move, the new roof, new insulation is focused on making the building warm enough for me to work in the winter. Now i am exploring heat pumps. Might get rid of my ceiling hung propane radiant heater. Seems like you can fix most any problem if you throw enough money at it.
