Who's Burundi? Is that Italian?
South of Rwanda, similar coffee, bright and sweet.
Modern Burundi is named after the King of Urundi, who ruled the region starting in the 16th century. It derives its name from a word "Urundi" in Kirundi the local language, which means "Another one".

Re: What is in your pipe?
Compliments from Steve @Stubble for the GH Bosun Cut Plug in my Ascot and Burundi coffee while playing ball with my dogs. Have a great weekend everyone.
Re: What is in your pipe?
Unquestionably the weirdest smelling pipe tobacco I've ever encountered. Trying it in the meerschaum because Meer's are said to be less susceptible to ghosting, which makes no sense to me, but there it is.
Vision's of Celephais smells to me like "Fizzies" used to smell when I was a kid. Anyone remember Fizzie's? Tablets dropped into water to turn it into a fizzy drink.
Damned autocorrect elf keeps trying to change fizzies to Lizzies. Little Fokker is drunk again, no doubt.
At any rate, first few puffs aren't as fizzy as I expected. Not as bad as I thought it might be, but still a bit too much bubblegum flavor. I suspect this will not be a regular smoke for me. I'm hoping the bubblegum will fade into the exotic spice promised by the write up, we'll see.
Re: What is in your pipe?
Interesting tobacco. When I opened the tin I thought I would have to set some aside to dry but it was smokable off the bat. Had the smell of maple, to me. Enjoyable. Thanks, Steve.
