My oldest granddaughter caught foot-and-mouth disease. I hope it's not a serious illness. Also hope it's gone before the 19th or we'll have to cancel my wife's memorial cookout this year. That would be a shame.

My 1966 vw square back had a radio that worked, 6 volt system kept eating starters so I got used to putting it in neutral giving it a push, jump back in and throw it into gear. No AC, crank windows, don't remember if it had power brakes or steering, and the heat exchanger was rusted through so if you wanted heat you had to enjoy the smell of exhaust. Got me around fine.
I had a '65 VW bug, sunroof and open windows for cooling. The heater worked great, all summer long. Different story in the winter.
